How to be an IDEA member?

It is easy to become an IDEA member as long as you have got a work experience for a period of at least three years in any of the higher education institutions (English Language and Literature programmes) in Turkey. To become a member, you need to fill the Membership Form and send it to the IDEA along with a passport size photograph, a copy of your ID or passport (ID page[s] and the page with your passport number), a copy of your residence permit, and the bank receipt of your transfer to IDEA account. To be a member in 2024, you need to transfer a total of 1500 Turkish Liras (750 [entrance fee] and 750 [annual membership fee]) to the account number below. Please make sure that you have indicated on the receipt that the transaction is made for "İngiliz Dili ve Edebiyatı Araştırmaları Derneği Aidat Ödemesi" or "IDEA Membership Fee."
