How to be an IDEA member?

To become a member, you need to fill out the Membership Form and send it to IDEA along with a passport-size photograph, a copy of your ID or passport (ID page[s] and the page with your passport number), a copy of your residence permit, and the bank receipt of your transfer to the IDEA account. For questions about posting your documents, please contact Treasurer Assist. Prof. Dr. Şafak Horzum.

To be a member in 2026, you need to transfer a total of 4000 Turkish Liras (2000 [entrance fee] and 2000 [annual membership fee]) to the account number below. Please make sure that you have indicated on the receipt that the transaction is made for "İngiliz Dili ve Edebiyatı Araştırmaları Derneği Aidat Ödemesi" or "IDEA Membership Fee."
