About IDEA

Founded in 2004, our association functions as a platform for academics in the fields of English Language and Literature. We aim at supporting all kinds of scholarly efforts in English Language and Literature in Turkey by organising academic meetings.

 

About ESSE

ESSE (The European Society for the Study of English) is a European society that aims at supporting the studies on the language, literature, and culture of the English speaking nations. In 2005, IDEA became the 33rd member of ESSE. An IDEA member automatically becomes an ESSE member. Click here to visit ESSE website.
